Sponsorships Are Now Available to Affiliates
Affiliates can now access sponsorships on Twitch
At Twitch, we’re focused on removing barriers between streamers and earning opportunities. That’s why starting today, Affiliates can get discovered, execute campaigns, and get paid by brands through sponsorships on Twitch. Affiliates will now be included in select campaigns where they meet the brand’s criteria, and with the integrated workflow in the Sponsorship Dashboard, they can execute campaigns end-to-end from a single place.
Until now, sponsorships were only available to Partners, outside of a few one-off campaigns, including the recent Minecraft campaigns “Tiny Takeover” and “More Minecraft, More Challenges”. Those campaigns validated clear brand demand for Affiliate partnerships, with over 50% of participating, paid streamers being Affiliates. Following the Minecraft campaigns, we heard from Affiliates loud and clear: you wanted more opportunities to work with brands directly on Twitch. So we built it. Now, all brands can invite all Affiliates globally to their first sponsorship on Twitch.
To get started: Accept the Portal terms in the Sponsorship Portal and complete the Creator Sponsorship Certification. To qualify, Affiliates must be Creator Sponsorship Certified. You’ll receive an email and notification when opportunities match your profile.

New ways to customize your Creator Profile and standout in front of brands
Creator Profile lets you pitch yourself directly to brands by providing a space to share details about your channel and brand sponsorship interests in one place. Partners and Affiliates with a completed Creator Profile increase their chances of receiving brand sponsorship opportunities through Twitch. Keep yours updated to stay positioned for opportunities.
Starting today, you can feature and customize clips within your Sponsorship Highlights on your Creator Profile to show brands what your sponsored content looks like. Head to your Creator Profile to select the featured clips you’d like to showcase to brands! Learn more about Sponsorship Highlights and Creator Profile here.

Stand out by getting Creator Sponsorship Certified
We recently rolled out a new educational course on Creator Camp that allows streamers to become Creator Sponsorship Certified. By completing the course and becoming certified, streamers can stand out as a trusted partner for brands and have early access to select sponsorships. The self-paced course covers everything you need to know about Creator Sponsorships on Twitch - how they work, how to maximize them, and how to deliver strong results for brand partners. Complete the course to become Creator Sponsorship Certified, which will be displayed directly on your Creator Profile as “Certified Creator” for brands to see. Affiliates are required to be Creator Sponsorship Certified in order to be eligible for sponsorship opportunities.
Whether you’re accepting your first campaign or leveling up your Creator Profile, the tools to turn your stream into a brand partnership are here. Get set up to put yourself in the best position for your next campaign. ✨
