Activity Sharing comes to Twitch Chat!

Activity Sharing lets you easily share what you’re watching or streaming with all your friends. Since we launched Activity Sharing with friends, lots of really cool stuff has been happening: people are discovering all sorts of awesome new channels, more friendships are forming, and most importantly, friends are watching streams together more than ever.

Because one of the best parts about Twitch chat is hanging out with your friends, Activity Sharing now lets you know which of your friends are already hanging out in the room or when a new friend joins so you can easily kick things off with some @tags and HeyGuys goodness.

Oh and don’t worry, just like with friends you can still hide Activity Sharing if you want. Just click on the status under your username and un-tick the checkbox.
